Neeraj Kumar
Director, NIBSCOM
Shri Neeraj Kumar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over three decades of diverse experience across the private sector, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and Civil Services. He has held leadership positions in reputed institutions, with significant expertise in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, institutional capacity building and organisational development.
He has been instrumental in conceptualising, establishing and leading Learning & Development initiatives and programmes, contributing to organisational effectiveness and human capital development. He holds a full-time MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta (1996–98).
With his extensive professional experience, strategic leadership capabilities and strong orientation towards learning and development, he brings valuable insights to the field of institutional development and capacity building.
Specialization: Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, institutional capacity building and organisational development.
